By accessing, browsing, or using the bao88 platform — whether via the website at bao88.bid, any mobile-optimised interface, or any associated service — you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the bao88 platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

To be eligible to open and maintain a bao88 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

Each player may register and maintain exactly one (1) bao88 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses therein.

Registration Requirements

When registering a bao88 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

Account Currency

Withdrawals

General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion is intended for personal, recreational use by eligible players only. Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly stated in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual offer terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not withdrawable.

Welcome Bonus

Sports Betting

Bets placed on bao88 sportsbook markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and all other listed sports — are subject to the following general conditions:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it may not be cancelled or amended unless bao88 exercises its right to void a market (e.g., due to event cancellation, postponement, or an obvious pricing error).
• bao88 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on individual markets or player accounts without prior notice.

• Obvious pricing errors — where an odds price is materially inconsistent with the prevailing market and represents a clear technical or human error — will be voided by bao88 regardless of whether the bet was placed and confirmed before the error was identified.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned at bao88's discretion.

The outcome of that investigation will determine whether the account is reinstated or permanently closed.

bao88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances that include but are not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Detection or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring suspension or closure.
• Evidence that the account holder is located in a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Extended account inactivity — where an account has had no login or wagering activity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, bao88 may classify it as dormant and apply an administrative maintenance charge of ৳200 per month until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified before dormancy charges begin.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your bao88 account at any time by contacting bao88 customer support via live chat. Requests for account closure will be processed within two (2) business days. Any verified remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no prohibited conduct investigation is pending. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., self-exclusion) should indicate this clearly when contacting support — a self-exclusion closure carries additional protections and prevents re-registration for the specified exclusion period.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by bao88 or by the player — all pending bonuses, bonus credits, and any wagering requirements associated with promotional funds are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements remain withdrawable in accordance with the conditions described in Section 4 of these Terms.

Disputes Following Closure

Any dispute regarding the closure of an account, the forfeiture of a balance, or the voiding of bets must be raised with bao88 customer support within thirty (30) days of the closure event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. bao88 will endeavour to acknowledge all formal disputes within five (5) business days and to issue a final decision within twenty-eight (28) days of receipt of all relevant information from the player.
